Help !

THEY NEED MORE!

“You wouldn’t get a good score unless you add a few relevant proverbs to your articles...” her words came strong when he asked her about the art of writing. All he had to do now was to recite few thoughts and find a way to fit them in the article and overhaul it for visual pleasure.
Two more! Come on! One last to go! Think of why you wanted this in the first place. And finally with all his strength he gave his trainer one more repetition. Oh life!                                      He sat on the old wooden chair in the garden watching the kids chase a butterfly, all memories were fresh and pleasing. Life was the usual before. The real problem starts when one perceives the real meaning of it. When the same words go for a complete different situations. And things aren’t exactly pretty and gratifying.
It seemed to be just a few days back when walking in the park was a common thing to do; when the cold breeze rushed through his hair and left back an alluring fragrance which mesmerized his mind. In race with the clock we forget the race with real time, which is nothing but the highly exaggerated term LIFE. He walked, he rushed, he worried, he jumped but he never lived.
Things makes much more sense now when his body acts as a harbor for a few outsiders, who seem to not leave easily. It’s been a year and half when the doctors told him about his triple negative cancer. Since then the treatment has sucked the importance of the virtual clock race and brought to life the bigger, or maybe the smaller things in life which are real. Small things now get more appreciation than what they did before.
Running is no more easier, walking itself is a task, now that his lungs remind him of their presence every time he tries.  Now he knows all the proverbs, all the thoughts and he no more needs to fit them because they fit in themselves.
Now the doctor treats him with medications which are no less than torture. Tears roll down his mom’s cheeks as she holds his hands sobbing as the chemotherapy kicks in, uttering “Two more honey...! Come on … Look at me! One last I promise! .... Think of why you wanted this in the first place…”

All we need is a BREAK !!

Joey, Chandler, Phoebe, Rachel, Monica & Ross. It’s very easy to speak how difficult life is and to show what a serious deal it is. But give it a break and let’s know how fun easy and cool life really is. These six friends has been the most inspiring series to me so far.. It has solution to every problem one has in life.

Well life this term itself is lot over rated ..instead of asking what’s going on in life? And making a person wonder in deep thoughts, joey taught us to ask “how you doing? “And the questions makes you smile. There isn't much of a difference in both the sentences, the difference lies in ease of second question. Asking how life haven’t been an easy question after all. How does someone expect you to sum up your so many years on planet in a few words..? I wish chandler was here.. He would have had the best answer for this.

Speaking of chandler..well there is a lot to speak about him. Sometimes a few questions need just a few witty answers and your problem is solved. the best advice that you can give to an engineer going for a job interview is “ be chandler “ , anyways which engineer ends up in his own field  of expertise. And before I forget, Ross’s hand gesture salute to those who do.

The thing that one learns the most from the show is that we take life very very very seriously. Though it shouldn't be. Come on! Be a bit Joey about it and speak out load “Why ask howz life ..? Ask what’s for lunch instead.”

What else should a person present the best, if not himself? Nothing else is as your own as you yourself. So why not present yourself the best, each day and each moment we live. People might place a counter argument saying that they aren't here to please someone, but this isn’t for pleasing others but just to be the best and special and most important, one in a million. And Rachel is the best example of this. She did everything to make herself look good, and no doubt she looked pretty in every scene.

It’s always difficult to get things when they are explain in a fashion that’s monotonic.
Let’s try this …read the question and think of your answer.

Q-What do you wish to do in life …?
.
.
.
So what is it..?

Make  family proud..? buy the best house in the city .?

We will compare it with the answers of FRIENDS.
.
.
Racheal – Bloomingdales :-*

Monica – Marry someone.

Ross – Not marry a lesbian this year :-P

Chandler – OH MYYYY GOOOOOD !

Joey – I Wish to DO someone :-P

Phoebe – OH OH OH I know I know …..OH WAIT ‘LIFE’…oh NO.... I don’t have one :-P

Life isn’t the destinations guys, it’s the journey. I am sure this isn’t the first time we have heard this proverb but we still don’t get the meaning correct. If it is not about the destination then how can becoming something or someone be such a big deal in life? The life here is the way we follow to get there and not the end result.

As I learnt ill want you all to learn for yourself too and if you find its worth, do suggest your close ones too to watch FRIENDS, you’ll get happy with life not because life is beautiful but because who the hell gives a damh about it unless you are happy. ;-)
